congratulations to the tam high hawks for taking home the title of 2018 trivia bee champions!
Project Avary is a Bay Area nonprofit with the mission to end generational cycles of incarceration by providing long-term service and support for children with parents in prison. Children enter Project Avary at the age of 8 and are in the program until they are 18 years old. That's a 10-year commitment to each child and family!
The Trivia Bee is a fun and engaging event, where you can gather with your friends, family, neighbors, or colleagues to compete in a friendly trivia competition while also supporting the children of Project Avary. This event makes an incredible staff or team building outing!
The event is co-hosted by Marin County Public Defender, Jose Varela, and Chief of Probation, Michael Daly. The game is led by Marin’s Master of Trivia, Howard Rachelson.
Teams consist of up to 8 people
Cost is $50/person
Sponsorship Opportunities Available (check out the benefits of becoming a sponsor)
We had so much fun last year, and, thanks to you, we raised enough money to provide healthy meals at family camp, to load up on new supplies, and to send all 25 of our newest participants to their very first Camp Avary. We hope to provide even more of an impact this year, and we’re so grateful you’re here to help us make that happen!
We can’t wait to see you!
