Each year Project Avary hosts an annual celebration to bring attention to the lives and triumphs of youth from our program who have found success even with the difficult circumstances of having a parent in prison. This is also our big fundraising event to garner support for our yearlong youth mentoring and empowerment program. This year’s celebration will be on Wednesday evening, October 19th, 2016 at the Presidio Observation Post in San Francisco.

The evening will commence with a cocktail hour and silent auction, followed by a sit-down dinner with youth speakers and a keynote address from James Forman, Jr. Professor at Yale Law School and former clerk on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Each year this event has sold out, and has been featured in local news media such as ABC 7 and KFOG.

Thank you to our event sponsors
for their generous support!
